The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a)/25(6)/26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. It was submitted that a country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025. It was finally submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag or his successor, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
