Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. The case of the petitioner is that that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 1.80 Cents in Sy No. 68/1 situated at B.K.Palle Revenue Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Annamayya District erstwhile Chittoor District, having acquired the same from his ancestors. While things stood thus, the petitioner came to know that the subject property has been included in the prohibitory list under Section 22-A(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner already submitted an online application dated 21.06.2024 through Mee-Seva to the respondent authorities, seeking for deletion of the subject property from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908. Even after receipt of the Mee- Seva application of the petitioner dated 21.06.2024, the respondent authorities neither considered nor issued any other proceedings so far. Hence the writ petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 02.07.2025 issued by the 4‘^ respondent, wherein it is stated as follows:- 1. The land in Sy.No.68, with an extent of Ac. 21.70 cents, was originally classified as Poramboke" according to the A-Register of Bandameeda Kammapalli Village. Subsequently, it was subdivided into Sy.No. 68, extent Ac. 7.83 'Kunta (Tank Poramboke), Sy. No. 521-1, extent Ac. 5.56 cents, Sy. No. 521-2, extent Ac. 4.10 cents, and Sy.No. 521-3, extent Ac. 4.21 cents vide 46/8A of 37, dated 07-03-1927 as per the entries available In the said A-Register. 2. As seen from Webland portal, the land to an extent of Ac. 7.83 cents in Sy.No. 68-1 is depicting the name of 'Err' as pattadar vide Government Khatha No. 600022. 3. There is no evidences of grant of DKT pattas/Assignments over the petition scheduled land to an extent of Ac. 1.80 cents in Sy.No.68/1 as per Village Accounts of B.K.Palle Village and moreover the land in Sy.No.68 Ext: Ac. 7.83 cents has not subdivided after the year 1927 till to date as per Survey records available In this office, clearly evidencing that the subject land is a purely governmentobjectionableporambokeland vest with the government. j \ 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents’ authorities to consider the application/representation of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2024, for deletion of the subject property from the prohibited list notified under Section 22-A(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908 as I expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with the law, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 6. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. Sd/- K.
