Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 164 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj.
On 02.11.2024 at about 6:30 p.m., the informant heard the sound of firing outside her house. When she rushed outside, she saw that her husband was lying in an injured condition. She also saw 2 to 3 unknown persons fleeing away from the place of occurrence.
Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner that he might have orchested the entire occurrence due to previous enmity.
Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj, in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 164 of
2024.
