No.04/2023-24, Dt. 15.05.2023 is questioned, as the same is illegal and arbitrary apart from violative of Articles 14, 16, 19 85 300-A of The Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider for payment of 1st and Part bill an amount of Gross Rs.50,67,288/- in Net amount of Rs. 47,14,325/- and 2nd and Part bill, amount of Gross Rs.20,87,395/- in Net Amount of Rs 20,10,390/- then totally an amount of Gross 71,54,683/- in Net Amount of Rs. 67,24,715/- with an interest @24 percent per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above-mentioned work., forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to DIRECT the respondents to consider for payment of 1st and Part bill an amount of Gross Rs.50,67,288/- in Net amount of Rs.47,14,325/- and 2nd and Part bill, amount of Gross Rs.20,87,395/- in Net Amount of Rs. 20,10,390/- then totally an amount of Gross 71,54,683/- in Net Amount of Rs. 67,24,715/-even after finalizing the bills payable to the petitioner in relation to the work i.e., “Additional Accommodation to the existing Primary Health Centre at Devarapalli in Anakapalli District, vide L.S.
