By the instant anticipatory bail application the applicant is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to FIR dated 09.12.2024, bearing Case Crime/ FIR No. 676 of 2024, registered at P.S. Pathri District Haridwar. 4. The Coordinate Bench already granted interim bail to the present applicant by order dated 05.03.2025. 5. On the previous date, the State Counsel was directed to get instructions. On instructions, the learned counsel informed this Court that after collecting all credible evidence charge sheet has been filed. 6. Since, charge sheet has been filed and the trial has to go, therefore, interim protection granted to the applicant is made absolute. 7.
