1. Ms. O. A. I. Bang, learned GA has today produced a communication
dated 15th May 2026, addressed to the Chief Engineer, P.H.E
Meghalaya Shillong, wherein the petitioner’s name finds place
among the list of Adhoc employees regularized by the Cabinet on
5th May 2026.
2. In this view of the matter, nothing further remains for consideration
and this writ petition stands closed and disposed of, however with
liberty to the petitioner to pursue or seek further remedy if a fresh
cause of action arises.
