The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 152 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 109/3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad. 3. On 19.12.2024, the husband of the informant namely Pramod Kumar Sinha was shot by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Priyesh Kumar Singh and Rajesh Kumar Vadhawan have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad in connection with Baliapur P.S.
