Learned counsel for the petitioner in CMPMO No.641 of 2023 submits that in pursuance to the previous order dated 21.07.2025, a bank draft for a sum of Rs.2,72,839/- is being deposited in the Registry of this Court. On account of the aforesaid deposit, he further submits that the entire arrears of maintenance due and payable by the petitioner (Ashish Kumar) till 21.07.2025, shall stand cleared. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent (Shifali Dhiman) has seen the calculation in this respect and submits that the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes 2 statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is true and correct. 3. Besides the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that monthly maintenance due and payable to the respondent, shall be paid on or before the 7th of every month. In this respect, learned counsel for the respondent shall furnish the bank account details to the petitioner today during the course of the day itself, in which the monthly maintenance has to be paid. 4. Learned counsel for the respective parties in CMPMO No.641 of 2023 and CMPMO No.12 of 2024, do not intend to press the present proceedings. 5. In view of the aforesaid, parties are directed to appear before the learned JMIC, Court No-III, Una, District Una, HP, on 12.08.2025. The trial Court, subject to its convenience, shall dispose of the pending proceedings wherefrom the present petitions have arisen, as expeditiously as possible. 6.
