2 Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. S. Baghel, learned Dy. G.A., for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 16.04.2025 issued by the respondent Superintendent of police, Raigarh C.G. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities particular to the Superintendent of Police to delete the name of the petitioner from Gunda list in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to take suitable action against the officers misusing their official possession in order to harass the petitioner. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to grant and other relief(s), which the Hon’ble Court deems fit & proper in favour of petitioner.”

On perusal of the prayer in the present petition, it transpires that the present petition is drafted with some clerical error which is defective one, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a defect as there is mention criminal cases against the petitioner since 2021 to 2023 instead of 2001 to 2023 to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh petition with proper prayer. 3 4 Learned State counsel has no objection. 5 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and submit a receipt of the same at the time of filing of the fresh petition, if any, and the amount so deposited, if any, shall be transmitted to the Government Special School for Visual & Hearing Impaired, Bilaspur. 6 Certified copy of impugned orders and other documents may be returned back to the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
