JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 05/08/2025 By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the name of petitioners as Pujari in the register maintained for the said purpose. At the outset, counsel for the respondents submits that the relief sought in this regard has already been granted to them by making entry of their names as Pujari in the register maintained for the said purpose. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, no further cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. (2 of 2) [CW-10609/2020] Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Ashu/51
