Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1277 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 137(2) and 142 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant, who is aged about 14 years, with intention to marry her. From the impugned order, it appears that the victim has stated in her statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. that she had left her house on her own will and has married with the petitioner and also established physical relationship with the petitioner. 4. Considering the age of the victim, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
