GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN WRIT PETITION No.15673 of 2025 ORDER: Heard Sri S.Harinathreddy, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services – II appearing for 1st respondent and Sri Md.Saleem, learned standing counsel, appearing for 2nd respondent. 2. Petitioner assails transfer orders issued by proceedings No.P.Admn.A3.1801298/2025, dated Nil-04-2025, whereby he has been posted from head office to Sri Satya Sai District on administrative grounds. Petitioner made representation dated 19.05.2025 to 2nd respondent requesting to reconsider the said transfer on spouse ground, which is stated to be pending. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 4. Learned standing counsel appearing for 2nd respondent has placed on record written instructions dated 27.06.2025 inter alia stating that the transfer is affected merely on administrative ground and that in order to ensure petitioner stays away from the 2 CGR, J W.P. No.15673 of 2025 station where he worked for considerable time and as he is also proceeded with disciplinary proceedings, aforesaid decision has been taken. 5. Petitioner claims that his wife is working in APEPDCL at Visakhapatnam, therefore, on spouse ground, he made request for transfer to any other place other than Visakhapatnam. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s representation dated 19.05.2025 subject to availability of vacancies.
