Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner he has suffered an order of disqualification under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperatives Societies Act at the hands of the 2nd respondent on 08.07.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 08.09.2025.
