The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.114/2025 registered at Police Sta- tion-Dug District Jhalawar for the offences under Sections 326(F), 324(3), 191(2) & 190 of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition- ers have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific role assigned to the present petitioners. The only allegation against the petitioners is that they were present at the time of the public demonstration. Therefore, for maintaining the peace and harmony they have been arrested in the present case. He further submits that the petitioners are be- hind the bars since 18.05.2025.
