1. Limited grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider their representation including the representation dated 05-10-2023 (Annexure-P/4) submitted before respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners No.1 to 6 and husband of petitioners No.7 to 10 were promoted on the post of Forest Ranger vide order dated 26-06-1996 and vide order dated 30-11-2021 passed by the State of Madhya Pradesh time bound pay scale was granted to the employees who were posted on the post of Forest Ranger in the erstwhile State of Madhya Pradesh. Since the order of grant of time bound pay scale has been passed by the State of Madhya Pradesh, they were also entitled for grant of benefit of time bound pay scale, but without providing any benefit of time bound pay scale they are superannuated and petitioner No.1 was superannuated on 31-12-2015 who moved representation on 04-03- 2023 and 09-09-2023 for grant of time bound pay scale, but the same has
3 not been considered by respondent authorities and his representation dated 05-10-2023 has also not been considered. Therefore, the authorities may be
directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State and he would submit that if the petitioners submit their fresh representation raising their grievances which has been raised in the present petition, the authorities may be directed to decide the same within a reasonable period.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioners are directed to submit their fresh representation along with copy of this order before the concerned authority, i.e, respondent No.1 who shall decide the representation within two months from the date of receipt of the representation after verifying the records in accordance with law and also after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
