Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.133/2024 registered at Police Station Buhana, District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 420 & 406 of IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned public prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Having considered the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner in respect of grabbing money on the pretext of providing government job in the Railway Department and the facts that there are no criminal antecedents of petitioner; charge-sheet has been filed and conclusion of trial will take considerable time, [2025:RJ-JP:23530] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7825/2025] but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Ravi Kumar S/o Surender Kumar shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
