Case No. 99/2024 arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 01/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 221/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1638/2025 by order dated 27.02.2025. 4. On 02.01.2024, the informant came to know that his father was murdered and his dead body was lying at Sakhuwahi Khet. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested and on his confession, the axe, used in committing murder of the deceased, was recovered. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial and time required for its conclusion, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that all the charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined. It further appears that trial is likely to be concluded within three months. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that trial is at fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
