The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 234/2024, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Prashant Kumar Gupta, learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 29.12.2024, informant was waylaid by 5-6 dacoits near Lalgutwa Over-bridge Ring Road, Ranchi. Dacoits looted motorcycle of the informant. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that though the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade but he was not identified. It was also submitted that noting incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Kumar Gupta, learned J.M., Ranchi in connection with Nagri P.S.
