The petitioner, in effect, seeks to implement the steps taken in furtherance of the direction passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court dated 9th January, 2025, in WPA (P) 471 of 2024. 2. It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 9th January, 2025, the Special Officer has taken further steps in the matter. The petitioner seeks implementation of such steps. 3. Having regard to the fact that the special procedure provided for and as rightly pointed out by Mr. Sureka, learned advocate representing the respondent 2 WPA 9818 of 2025 no.3 that any direction in this matter would tantamount to modifying the direction passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench and/or extending the scope of the said order, I am of the view that there is no scope to entertain this petition. The petitioner has also not impleaded the parties who are likely to be effected by such order, as well. 4. It is for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if so advised. 5. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
