This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No.93 of 2024, for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 498-A, 504, 506 & 34 IPC and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Hazaribagh. 3. The allegation against the petitioner who is a husband, is that he has demanded dowry and tortured his wife. 4. During the course of argument, learned A.P.P. representing the State submits that notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner which the petitioner has complied with and is cooperating in the investigation. 5.
