The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short‘BNSS’) by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.186 dated 20.12.2024 registered under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 351(1), 351(3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short‘BNS’) (Section 109, 118(2) of BNS, 2023 added later on vide DDR No.31 dated 04.01.2025), registered at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2. Vide order dated 14.02.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 06.04.2025. No recovery has been effected from the present petitioner and he is not required for custodial interrogation.
