Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 151 of 2025 arising out of Anandpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Chakradharpur (Chaibasa). 3. On 26.01.2025, dead body of an unknown person was found lying in the forest near Koyal river in Jorobadi. 4. It was submitted that the names of the petitioners have transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court as well as by this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Chakradharpur (Chaibasa), in connection with S.T. No. 151 of 2025 arising out of Anandpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
