P. -------- 02/ Dated 14.08.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bhandra P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024, Spl. POCSO Case No.03 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 70(2), 74 & 75(1) of B.N.S and Section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga. On 20.09.2024, the prosecutrix was raped by two unknown persons. Later on, the complicity of the petitioners in this case has transpired. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during trial, in which, she has given complete go by to the prosecution case. She has refused to identify the petitioners in the dock. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Lohardaga, in connection with Bhandra P.S.
