This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Irfan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with S.T. No.940 of 2014, Case Crime No.842 of 2014, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Quarshi, District Aligarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that in the bail application there is a typographical error that the applicant is in jail since 6.12.2024 but as a matter of fact the applicant is in jail from 4.1.2025. 5. After some arguments learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application be dismissed as not pressed. 6. Prayer is allowed. 7.
