The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kurdeg P.S. Case No. 18/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103 & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 26.05.2025 at about 8:45 P.M., dead body of an unknown lady was found near Churil Bhadra forest. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Kurdeg P.S.
