2025:JHHC:27854 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A No.7748 of 2025 Suken Pal @ Suken Kumar Pal @ Sukhen Kumar Pandit, aged about 33 years, Son of Ujwal Pal @ Ujwal Pandit, Resident of L.I.C Colony, Police Line, P.O. + P.S. - Dumka (Town), District – Dumka. …… Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand ….. Opp. Party --------- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR --------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Aishwarya Prakash, Advocate For the State : Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, A.P.P --------- 03/Dated: 12 th September, 2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 04.08.2022, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T No.263 of 2022, arising out of Tongra P.S. Case No.18 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge – II, Dumka. 3. It appears that this applicant has been made an accused for committing the offence under Section 376 I.P.C. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this applicant was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2023, passed in B.A. No.6141 of 2023. 4. From perusal of the status report, as submitted by the trial court, it appears that out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, six have already been examined. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the materials available on record, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is, hereby, rejected once again. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) Ravi-Chandan/-
