ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a writ of mandamus direct the Judicial Magistrate, Traffic Court-I in Crl Misc 259/2017 to expedite the process and conclude the case by the respondent within six months. b) Direct the respondents to refrain from seeking unnecessary adjournments and to cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the case. c) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice. d) Grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit with reference to the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. 3. The limited prayer sought in this petition by the petitioner is for a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the proceedings in Crl.Misc.No.259/2017 within a stipulated timeframe. 4.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the Trial Court to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as
