[2025:RJ-JP:24367] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9497/2025 Baveeta Kumari W/o Ramniwash Tomar, Aged About 39 Years, R/o Village Unch, District Bharatpur ----Petitioner Versus
1. State Of Rajasthan, Through Principal Secretary, Medical And Health Department Rajasthan, Govt. Of Rajasthan, Secretariat, Jaipur.
2. Director, State Health And Family Welfare Institution, Rajasthan, Jaipur
3. The Director (Non-Gazette), Medical And Health Services, Rajasthan, Jaipur ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Nidhi Sharma for Mr. Ankit Sharma For Respondent(s) :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL
Order 03/07/2025
1. By means of filing instant writ petition, petitioner has come up with a case that her appointment on the post of Nursing Officer under SC (Female) Category was withheld in the final select list dated 06.12.2024, for want of re-verification of her experience certificates dated 30.05.2023 and 26.05.2023 (Ann.2) issued by the concerned Authorities.
2. Counsel for petitioner argued that experience certificates of petitioner, have not been re-verified, whereas from perusal of record, it has transpired that after declaration of final select list dated 06.12.2024, respondents issued an order dated 24.01.2025 (Ann.6), asking concerned Authorities to re-verify the experience certificates, issued by them. A copy of order dated 24.01.2025 is available on record.
[2025:RJ-JP:24367] (2 of 2) [CW-9497/2025]
3. Perusal of notice/ order dated 24.01.2025, goes to show that a specific schedule has been provided therein, directing concerned Authorities to re-verify the experience certificates issued by them. Two experience certificates enclosed by petitioner, belong to Districts Alwar and Bharatpur. No re-verification of the experience certificates of petitioner, has been made by the Authorities concerned, in furtherance to the order dated 24.01.2025.
4. Petitioner has not enclosed any copy of re-verification of her experience certificates by the concerned Authorities, pursuant to notice/
order dated 24.01.2025, hence in such eventuality, the case sought to be make out by petitioner, that her appointment has been withheld for want of re-verification of her experience certificates, is not believable.
5. Counsel for petitioner sought to place reliance on an order dated 30.04.2025 passed by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.4756/2025: Shrawan Singh Rajput Vs. State of Rajasthan, but in that case, experience certificate of petitioner was not verified and his appointment was withheld, whereas case of present petitioner is that despite issuing public notice/ order dated 24.01.2025, experience certificates of petitioner have not been re-verified by the concerned Authorities, hence the case of present petitioner is distinguishable from the case of Shrawan Singh Rajput (Supra).
6. As a consequence, the writ petition, being devoid of merits, is hereby dismissed.
7. Stay application and pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
