Chowdhury, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. S.H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 320/2024 dated 31.12.2024. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that out of 12 petitioners, the petitioner No. 12, namely, Jamila Bibi is on interim bail. 3. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been laid, this bail application is disposed of by making the interim anticipatory bail granted to Jamila Bibi as absolute and as regards the other petitioners, they may approach the Trial Court, and may file regular bail application before the said Court, if so advised. 4. In view of the laying of the charge sheet, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioners may approach before the Trial Court and may file regular bail application before the said Court, if so advised.
