The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to issue a direction to release the applicants in 10 cases on a personal bond and two sureties which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 239 of 2024, under Sections 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Noorpur, District Bijnor. (ii) Case Crime No. 281 of 2024, under Sections 305(A), 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Haldor, District Bijnor. (iii) Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, under Sections 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Noorpur, District Bijnor. (iv) Case Crime No. 386 of 2024, under Sections 305(A), 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S.Noorpur, District Bijnor. (v) Case Crime No. 560 of 2024, under Sections 305(A), 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Chandpur, District Bijnor. (vi) Case Crime No. 160 of 2022, under Sections 305, 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Heempur Deepa District Bijnor. (vii) Case Crime No. 159 of 2024, under Sections 305, 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Heempur Deepa, District Bijnor. (viii) Case Crime No. 304 of 2024, under Sections 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Siohara District Bijnor. (ix) Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Sections 305, 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Heempur Deepa District Bijnor. (x) Case Crime No. 153 of 2024, under Sections 305, 331(3), 317(2) of B.N.S. P.S. Heempur Deepa District Bijnor. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are poor person. It is further submitted that all the cases have been slapped against the applicants on the basis of confessional statement. Except the confessional statement (which is irrelevant) there is no other pre-summoning evidence. Last bail order of the applicants has been passed on 02.01.2025. It is further submitted that applicants are languishing in jail since 19.10.2024. It is further submitted they have not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicants in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in the aforesaid case crime numbers, after furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- in aforesaid 10 cases. With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
