None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No.37 of 2020 was registered under Sections 447, 427, 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC, notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. were issued to the accused, and the matter is under investigation. It is further submitted that proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. were also initiated before the Mandal Executive Magistrate to maintain peace. 4. In view of the steps already initiated, no further orders are required. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
