A case has been registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under section 7B r/w 8Aof the AIP.Prohibition (Amendment) Act. 3. Brief facts of the case are that, on O1.05.2025, on reliable information, the Prohibition & Excise Sub-Inspector, Rajamahendravaram South, along with his staff, rushed to Gummadi cheruvukaluvagattu in Srikrishnapatnam village, verified the said place and found 1400 liters of FJ wash. The contraband was seized under the cover of a mediators report and case was registered against the petitioner. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. On perusal of record, it is clear that the petitioner was not secured.at the scene of offence. Basing on the mediators report, a case has been registered against the petitionerI 6. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court feels that request of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail can be considered, however, on conditions. 7. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest in the above said crime, the petitioner shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on conditi-on that the _petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he `.vi ``S shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitionerShall appear before I:he Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM,till filing of the charge sheet. 8.
