The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to execute the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by the respondent no. 4 regarding the clearance of chak road of 33 and drain no. 34 & 39 which was illegally occupied by the respondent no. 5 to 8 situated at village Hathkauli, Block Baldev, Tehsil Mahawan, District Mathura; (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 05.10.2024 moved by the petitioner before the respondent no. 4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Mahawan, Block Baldev, District Mathura." 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions submits that spot inspection was done on 1.4.2025 and spot inspection report has been placed on record. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. 5.
