Vide order dated 05.01.2026, the applicant-Ashok Kumar was directed to deposit the compounding fee, within a period of eight weeks. Admittedly, the said amount has not been deposited within the stipulated period. However, now this amount has already been deposited and as such, the extension of time to comply with the order has been sought. In view of the said submissions, since the compounding fee has already been deposited, the time to deposit the compounding fee is extended till 31.03.2026. Application stands disposed of.
