State of Uttar Pradesh & another, under Section 52 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 arising out of order dated 10.12.2020 passed by In-charge ,Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Bulandasahar, in Case Crime No. 940 of 2019, under Section 302, 201, 404, 411/34 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Sikandarabad, District Bulandasahar." 4.
