After careful observation of the material on record and submissions 8. made on behalf of both sides, as the contraband involved in this case is huge quantity i.e. 363.8 kgs and as the petitioners have been remanded to judicial custody on 18.3.2025 itself and the allegations made against the petitioners are grave in nature, this Court is not inclined to consider the criminal petition at this stage.
