Case of the prosecution, in brief, I'S that, on 19.08.2014 at ll.00 a.m. during course of ral'd conducted by I'nfOrmant, along with hI'S Staff and mediators, on receipt of credible information, while they were conducting vehicle checking near Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Jonnada village of Alamuru MandaI, they noticed a Ashok Leyland container bearl'ng regI'StratI'On No.NL-01-AD-3509 coming from Rajamahendravaram side and driver of the contaI'ner lorry and stopped the same, when Al and A2 trI-ed to escape, they were apprehended, and on being / questioned, they disclosed their names and identity particulars Snil Appa Borade and Islam Nemoddin shaik and also confessed about the involvement of A3 in the offence, and on search of container, they found 17 plastic bags and on verification of the same, all the bags containing Ganja, which weighed 345.420 kgs. Accordingly, Al and A2 were arrested .,wh-i , ..`~> *-E>?i and seized the contraband under cover of mediators report dated 19.08.2023. Consequently the above said crime was reg`istered against the accused. Subsequently, A3 was arrested on 19.03.2025 and since then he has been in jail. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on 19.03.2025 and has been in judicial remand since then. Basing on the confessional statement of the CO-accused, the name Of the Petitioner iS figured in the FIR. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has not been completed. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant baI'I to the petitioner/A3 on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/A3 shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of <--3J--- I - ` 4 the learned Judicial First class Magistrate, A[amuru, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. ii) On release, the petitI-Oner Shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every sunday, between 10.00 am and o5.00 pm, till flling Of the Charge sheet and the petitioner shall make himself available for I-nVeStigatiOn aS and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement Or Promise tO the Prosecution Witnesses. iii) It is made clear that the petI-tl'Oner Shall scrupulously comply With the above conditions and breach of any of the above conditions will be viewed seriously and prosecution is at liberty to move an application for cancellation of the bail. 7.
