The petitioner, namely, Shirazul Islam @ Babu has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Bilasipara P.S. Case No. 62/2024 registered under Section 364 (A) IPC. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam that charge-sheet being CS No. 77/2024 dated 07.07.2024 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this anticipatory bail application stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner named above to appear before the appropriate Court and to seek regular bail. In the event, if such an application is filed, the same be considered by the learned Court in accordance with law. 5. The interim order passed earlier shall remain in force till the petitioner appears before the learned Trial Court on receipt of summon and seek regular bail.
