Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaldega (Bansjor) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Simdega. 3. It was submitted that 4.176 kilograms of cannabis were recovered from possession of co-accused. It was further submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Simdega in connection with Jaldega (Bansjor) P.S.
