This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, whereby the petitioner, Sri Bikash Jyoti Purkayastha, has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Badarpur P.S. Case No. 8/2024 under Sections 420/468/409 of the IPC (GR Case No. 61/2024) Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Das submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the police investigation. Since the petitioner has been co-operating with the Investigating Officer, he deserves to be released on bail. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to him, vide order, dated 19.12.2024 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to co-operate with the police investigation as and when called for. Case diary shall be returned. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
