Issue notice to the opposite parties. Dr. P.P. Medhi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the opposite party No. 5 (petitioner in WP(C) No. 522(AP)/2025) and Mr. N. Ratan, learned Addl. Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the State respondent Nos. 1 to 4. No need to issue any formal notice. The learned Addl. Advocate General submits that they will not be filing any written objection, while Dr. P.P. Medhi, learned counsel for opposite party No. 5 submits that if the applicants state that their protest against the factory run by the opposite party No. 5/petitioner in WP(C) No. 522(AP)/2025 is only a peaceful protest, then, they will not be filing any written objection to the Page No.# 4/4 impleadment application filed by the applicants and that if it is a peaceful protest they could continue its work in the factory. The learned counsel for the applicant also submits that the protest made by the applicant is a peaceful protest and that he will continue his protest peacefully. In view of the above submissions, this court finds it appropriate to allow the instant IA and allow the impleadment of the applicant as respondent No. 5 in the connected WP(C) No. 522(AP)/2025.
