Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record pattas relating to Survey Nos.416/2B and 419/1B. These pattas stand in the names of four persons, including the petitioner. 3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that notice would be issued to all the pattadhars in respect of the three survey numbers and a decision would be taken after considering objections, if any, from them. 4. On perusal of the settlement deed in favour of the petitioner, it appears that smaller extents in each of the survey numbers have been settled in favour of petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to all the pattadhars in respect of Survey Nos.416/2B, 418/1C and 419/1D. Notice should also be issued to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from such persons shall be taken into consideration.
