2. The writ petitioner alleges that he has been ex-communicated. This allegation is denied by the fourth respondent. It appears that on account of the petitioner's son marrying a person of his choice from outside the community, the writ petitioner's relationship with the community members had come under strain. Be that as it may, it is declared that no person can be excommunicated. The petitioner cannot be prevented from taking part from the activities of the community. If the petitioner's participation is prevented, the petitioner is given liberty to file a complaint before the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent is obliged to take action on such complaint. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
