ORDER: The petitioner submits that for single cause of action different complaints are filed and the petitioner is facing multiple FIR’s for one single offence. The complainants against the petitioner cannot invoke the jurisdiction of different police stations. As of no\A/, the petitioner is facing allegations in three crimes. Crime No.169 of 2025 was registered on the file of Machavaram Police Station and subsequently, Crime No.171 of 2025 and Crime No.173 of 2025 were also registered at Machavaram Police Station for the alleged offence punishable under Section 318(4). Considering the submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 4’^ respondent to investigate Crime No. 169 of 2025 and treat the complaints in the other crimes as statements under Section 171 of Cr.P.C ., It is also made clear any further complaints which are likely to be filed against the petitioner shall be treated as statement under Section 171 Cr.P.C

3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed off. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
