ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an order or direction, or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondents in not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26-08-2019 as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C. and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26-08-2019 against the 4th respondent and his followers by registering the crime and pass ..…”
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report presented by the petitioner, case was registered on 11.09.2019 vide Crime No.159 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 506 & 509 read with 34 I.P.C. and took up the investigation.
4. In that view of the matter, the cause does not survive for further adjudication, and the writ petition has become infructuous.
5. Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition is
disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
