A case has been registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 7B r/w 8A of the A.P. Prohibition (Amendment) Act. -.~ _E=_ 3. Brief facts of the case are that, on 19.03.2025, the Excise Sub-Inspector, Rajam'ahendravaram South, along with his staff, rushed to place near left canal embankment of the Gummadi Lake in the limits of Srikrishnapatnam and verified the said place and found 1000 liters of FJ wash. The contraband was seized under the cover of a mediators report and case was registered against the petitioner. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. On perusal of record, it is clear that the petitioner was not secured at the scene of offence. Basing on the mediators report, the case has been registered against the petitioner. 6. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that request of the petitioner.for grant of anticipatory bail can be considered, however, on conditions. 7. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest in the abovesaid crime, the petitionershall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), with two suret:ies each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition I:hat the petitionershall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he sha'll not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. g\ --a . \ -.\ - The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 1.OO PM,till filing of the charge sheet. 8.
