1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with the liberty to file a fresh on the ground that initially the FIR was registered against the applicant for offences in question [i.e. 296, 351(2), 115 & 3(5) of BNS], but later on when the charge- sheet was filed offence under Section 109 of BNS has also been added. Whereas, the present bail application has been filed only for the offences which are mentioned in the FIR i.e. 296, 351(2), 115 & 3(5) and not for the offence under Section 109 of BNS.
