Three supplementary affidavits filed by learned counsel for the applicant are taken on record. 2. Heard Sri N.I. Jafri, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Dushyant Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application, seeking bail, has been moved by the accused-applicant-Faisal involved in Case Crime No.1194 of 2024, under Sections 351(2), 109 of B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahar. 4. Learned senior counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case as the injured and informant have turned hostile in the trial. Certified copy of their statement recorded before the court has been filed through 2nd and 3rd supplementary affidavits. The accused-applicant is in jail since 22.12.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 5. Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail, but could not dispute above submission of learned counsel for the applicant. 6. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records, which prima facie reveals that the injured and informant have turned hostile in the trial. The applicant is in jail since 22.12.2024. 7. Hence, without touching the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 8. Let accused/applicant-Faisal be released on bail in the aforesaid case on his furnishing personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
