[2025:RJ-JP:23411] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9443/2025 Saroj Kumari Jat D/o Ghisa Ram, aged about 31 Years, R/o Banta Wali Dhani, Niwaru, Jaipur Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus Rajasthan Public Service Commission through its Secretary, Ajmer. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Aamir Khan for Mr. Ram Pratap Saini For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL ( V. J.) Order 23/06/2025 By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent to permit her to participate in the written examination for recruitment to the post of School Lecturer (Hindi) scheduled on 23.06.2025. The relevant facts in brief are that pursuant to advertisement dated 25.10.2024 issued by the respondent-Rajasthan Public Service Commission (for short, “RPSC”), the petitioner applied for appointment to the post of School Lecturer (Hindi). Learned counsel for the petitioner, inviting attention of this Court towards the letter dated 07.06.2024 (Annexure-6) issued by the RPSC, submitted that on an early occasion also, her candidature was rejected for appointment and this time also, she is not being permitted to participate in the recruitment process for appointment to the post of School Lecturer (Hindi). He, therefore, [2025:RJ-JP:23411] (2 of 2) [CW-9443/2025] prays that the respondent be directed to permit her to participate in the recruitment process. Heard. Considered. A perusal of the letter dated 07.06.2024 (Annexure-6) issued by the RPSC reveals that on account of using unfair means in the 2018 examination conducted by the RPSC for the post of Senior Teacher, she was debarred, vide letter dated 01.11.2018, from participating in all the future examinations to be conducted by the RPSC. Since, the order dated 01.11.2018 has not been subjected to challenge by the petitioner either in the instant writ petition or otherwise, as admitted by the learned counsel, no relief can be extended to the petitioner. Resultantly, this writ petition is dismissed. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. (MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL ( V. J.)),J DAKSH/336
