The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 15.1.2025 passed by Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra, whereby an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S.S. {Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.}, has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
